Is it possible to use Cubase 9.5 with a Montage fully integrated (Montage is connected via USB, serving as both audio+MIDI interface),, , AND with a decent sized external touch-screen monitor exclusively to aid in accessing the various parameters and function on the Montage?
Are we there yet?

We've been there. Although unsupported, the external touch monitor solution uses the "to device" USB port while the audio path uses the "to host" USB port. Therefore, there is no limit to using both together.
