We are doing our best to resolve issues with Soundmondo.
If you are having issues we will need the following information:
- Your platform and OS version (like "MacOS Sierra 10.12.5"
- The version of the Chrome browser you are using (located under Chrome/About Google Chrome-something like "Version 58.0.3029.110 (64-bit)"
Remember: In order to save and sync your reface to soundmondo you must first create an account and log in.
Please provide as much detail beyond "soundmondo isn't working. I can't login". We need as much detail as possible.
