Aftertouch - Volume 1, Number 1 (October 1985)

In October 1985 Yamaha introduced the monthly magazine Aftertouch. Editor Tom Darter wrote "We want to help you learn more about the instruments you are using to make music. Let us know what you want to know. In the meantime, enjoy the first issue". With that same goal in mind we bring you Yamahasynth.com. For the next several months, with a new issue every Thursday (TBT), we will bring you all the published issues of Aftertouch.

Aftertouch - Volume 2, Number 1 (January 1986)

A DX7 Voice programmer in this month's issue says "I like to watch peoples faces when I play about four bars of bass plus piano (which most synthesizer will do), and then bring in the brass with the breath controller. It really floors 'em!"
