SEQTRAK OS v2.0 introduces two new track types, refined UI updates, and an enhanced app—offering more ways to create, capture, and connect. Check out this SEQTRAK OS v2.0 tutorial:

New Track Types

Previously, each Drum Track contained a single sound alongside two AWM2 synth tracks, one DX track, and a sampler track. SEQTRAK OS v2.0 introduces two additional track types for enhanced production flexibility. Now you can repurpose any Drum Track as an AWM2 Synth Track or a DrumKit Track giving you additional creative options. For example, convert an unused PERC1 Drum Track into an AWM2 Synth Track and record with the same parameters and sounds as existing Synth Track:

Alternatively, transform a Drum Track into a DrumKit Track to access up to seven individual drum sounds on a single track—perfect for building complex rhythms. The image below shows the process for changing the PERC2 Track to a DrumKit Track and assigning sounds to Synth Keys:

These new Track Types expand creative options and offer greater overall track flexibility.

Bar Length Button UI Update

Previously, the [BARLENGTH] button applied only to Synth and Sampler tracks. In SEQTRAK OS v2.0, it now works with Drum Tracks as well, giving you more control over pattern length across all track types.

ALL Knob Functions

In earlier versions, the [ALL] knob shifted pattern phrases across tracks. With v2.0, holding buttons like Volume, Page, Scale/Key/Octave, BPM, or Swing while turning [ALL] lets you quickly adjust those values—streamlining global edits.

SEQTRAK App Update

The SEQTRAK APP v2.0 adds all SEQTRAK OS v2.0 features along with better backup functionality, allowing you to save user sounds anytime. Get it here for Windows, here for MacOS and go to the Apple App Store to download for iOS

SEQTRAK OS v2.0 is more than an update—it’s a major step forward in flexibility and workflow. With new track types, enhanced UI controls, and an upgraded app, SEQTRAK empowers creators to produce, manage, and share music more efficiently than ever. Whether you’re in the studio or on the go, SEQTRAK delivers a complete, portable production experience designed to keep your creativity flowing.

Blake’s Take: CK OS v1.1

CK OS v1.1 brings powerful new features designed for live performance and creative flexibility.

From fluid Part transitions and precision panning to expressive rotary dynamics and a new way to trigger audio files, CK OS v1.1 adds workflow enhancements designed to keep your focus on what matters most: your music. Here’s what’s new.

Part Switch Mode “Next Key”

A new feature of Part Switch Mode is the Next-Key setting, which maintains sustained notes when switching Parts, ensuring seamless performance. In a layered Live Set with Piano in Part A and Synth Pad in Part B, hold a chord and switch off Part B—the Synth Pad will sustain until released, ensuring smooth transitions between musical sections. You’ll find this global setting under [MENU] > General > Control Panel > Part SW Mode:

Part Pan

Part Pan provides independent left/right panning for Live Set Parts A, B, and C. For example, in a bass and keyboard split, you can pan the bass left to a dedicated amp and the keyboard right to a mixer channel. The Live Set screen displays a chevron for quick visual confirmation of each Part’s pan position. Check it out below:

You’ll find this new feature under Live Set [SETTINGS] > Sound > Part A/B/C > Pan.

Rotary Speed Parameter

CK OS v1.1 enhances the Rotary effect with new parameters for independent control of speed, acceleration, and balance between the high-frequency Horn and low-frequency Rotor. Here’s where to find it in CK:

Audio Trigger Hold

CK OS v1.1 introduces Audio Trigger Hold, which restarts a sample with each key press and stops playback on release—ideal for creating rhythmic stutter effects. It’s a function found under Live Set [SETTINGS] > Function > Audio Trigger > Play Mode:

Master Tune Shortcut

Previously, adjusting CK Master Tuning required navigating through System Settings. With CK OS v1.1, you can access it instantly by holding [ENTER] and pressing [VALUE] UP or DOWN—a streamlined solution for live performance.

CK OS v1.1 is available now. Get it here.
