Modx and Cubase 14 Elements Remote Control
Hi everyone, I used to have a MoxF 6 and a MoxF 8. Now I have a Modx6 and a Modx8. How can I get Cubase to work with the Modx remote control? Things like play, stop, forward, rewind, pause, etc. It worked with the MoxF, but I don't see any MODX devices under Studio Setup in Cubase.

I don't see any MODX devices under Studio Setup in Cubase.
A common reason for that is when an instrument (e.g. your Modx) is powered up after Cubase has already been loaded. When Cubase loads it does a scan for devices but if your Modx hasn't powered on yet it won't find it.
Try existing Cubase, powering up your Modx and then loading Cubase.
Then you should see your Modx in the Devices list where you can select MIDI Port Setup

Post back after you have tried the above if your device still isn't showing up. Please post ALL of the info that may be needed to help you: pc model and full OS version, Modx OS version (are you using the latest update?), Steinberg driver version, etc.
