Hi guys, i bought a floor demo Yamaha montage m6 from guitar center but they did not give me the code for ESP Plugin. i wrote guitar center and Yamaha, Yamaha did not answer me, guitar center said ask Yamaha. So anyone know how can I get my code or active - online Yamaha mail address? Thx🙏
Contacting Yamaha customer service typically results in the right thing getting done. Posting here gets you some visibility with customer support reps. There's email and phone numbers. Trying multiple forms of contact will eventually get you there. This is a pretty simple one since you're going to have a verifyable receipt. Not that they may have anything to do with ESP but you can try calling Parts24x7 too. That's a group I've had relatively little trouble talking to a person and they may be able to facilitate. Hopefully someone (at Yamaha) here will step in and help.

The ESP plugin is part-and-parcel with the M models and Yamaha requires their dealers to honor that. Because it was a demo model it is possible that the dealer has lost, or no longer has the packaging and product code cards that are included in all packaged products as shipped by Yamaha.
In your email to Yamaha support include: the purchase date, serial number, all contact info for the dealer where you purchased the product, a summary of what the dealer/rep told you regarding the ESP plugin license info.
While you wait for a response you may as well begin the process of registering your M with Steinberg and downloading/installing the free Cubase version. That way that step will already be done when you need to register the ESP and download/install it.
IMPORTANT - because you purchased a demo model it may not have the latest OS 3.0 release from June/July of this year. Make sure you update it to the latest OS version and get the latest docs while you are at it.

thx your good wishes.i am trying to contact someone but I am not living USA so getting trouble to contact with them.
Thx for ur interest and warnings.i updated my keyboard.
Glad you got your M OS updated and hope you downloaded the docs so you'll have them handy if you need them later.
Unfortunately only Yamaha or your dealer can help you with the ESP license code issue. You still might want to prepare by creating your Steinway account, registering your M and downloading/installing the free Cubase. Then you will be all set when the ESP issue gets straightened out.
Hang it there - keep pestering your dealer and contact the dealer and Yamaha every couple of days - 'squeaky wheel gets the grease' and all that.
Thx ur support Toby. By the way problem solved. I am writing this for maybe someone will have same problem.
I wrote <a href=" removed link "> removed link here and they send mail me to solve it. I send them my receipt and my serial number. After short time they send me the code.
