Error when signing in (Soundmondo)

When I try to sign in into SoundMondo, i get the "Server Error (500)" message. This is happening on a windows laptop and windows pc with the drivers; either with Edge, Chrome or OperaGX.

The problem also occurs on the Android Web chrome browser.

 

I can just connect my MoDX M6 and it gets recognized, but cannot sync any sound or anything

Hello,

There is a issue with SoundMondo at the moment. We are looking into it. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Wonder if there's an issue with everything.  I couldn't login here for a few days and today tried Firefox instead of Chrome (still not working) and Firefox works ... 

 

And I can use Chrome to login if I use an incognito window which is similar to clearing cache.

We thought it was just us. Over the weekend something happened that appeared to let us log in but then the latest threads we saw were from January. Same results in a normal, incognito or private window and in both Chrome and Firefox.

It seems to have cleared up after we had Yamaha delete one of our accounts.

I'm Pete, by the way, taking over for Toby who left last week seeking greener (and I do mean 'green') pastures. Not sure how he is going to compete with AI but we wish him well.

I think its solved now...

 

Tested with MODX M6 and edge/chrome
