Recently I made a wooden case for my 'half moon' Leslie speaker control.

Are you using a telecaster 3 way switch? I'm wondering because in the video it looks stiff and not easily "flickable".
Current Yamaha Synthesizers: Montage Classic 7, Motif XF6, S90XS, MO6, EX5R

No, I didn't like that type of switch used on guitars, although I see some half moon switches available on eBay that appear to use those. I snooped around looking for something closer to what I remember from back when I had a Hammond around. This is what I ended up using:
It feels more like what I wanted it to feel like. In the video I wanted it to be clear that I was moving the switch so it might appear to be odd.
