Hello Bad Mister, can you please tell me the best way to program drum effects on the MOXF to obtain that muted, sustained echo-ey sounding percussion? It's hard to describe what I mean but an example would be as in the beginning of the Christian Contemporary song called "Keep Making Me" by the group Sidewalk Prophets. It is a sound I have heard in a lot of songs but I can't seem to replicate it. Thank you very much. Jeff R.

It's hard for me to suggest anything that is that difficult to describe. Not sure where to begin, sorry.

Okay, yes I completely understand. I've been messing with lowering the high end of the the EQ and reducing the attack and extending the decay settings on the drums and then adding lots of reverb. I'm getting close to the sound I'm looking for but not exactly there yet. Thank you for your reply however. Have a great day. Jeff R.

Try compression maybe with some distortion and/or lo-fi effect 🙂

Thanks gris. I did end up using the distorted drum kit voice and then with a lot of attack and decay (and reverb) tweaking, I have gotten pretty close to the sound I was seeking. I appreciate the advice : ) thanks
