How can we do the Full Factory Restore? I saw in the Utility has Initialize User Data and Initialize All Data is that the place we do the factory restore in order to delete all the user data and libraries ?

Initialize All Data = Initializes all USER Data in the USER Memory and all system settings you created on the Utility display.
This does not delete your LIBRARIES.
You can do that by going to UTILITY > "Contents" > "Data Utility" > select the LIBRARY folder - they can be selectively deleted
