I have the moxf6 with the flash expansion. I am trying to simply load a wav file from my usb into the moxf6 so I can play that file on the keyboard. I have followed every guideline I have read and it won't appear in any user bank in which I try to place it.
Please help as I am at wits end......thanks.

You also have to make a new patch program (or edit a preset) and assign the waveform you have loaded to be played by that patch.

Using the Yamaha "language", you need to create a User Voice that will be playing the Waveform that is utilizing the Sample you uploaded to your board.
I haven't tried doing that myself yet, but this article should be useful:
