My Bb just below middle C is loose.. it still works & is fine up & down, but is not locked in horizontally. It moves side to side, enough to make a clicking sound as it hits the keys on either side of it. Any idea if this is just something loose where it is attached or actually broken? Thanks!

You should have that looked at by an authorized Service Center could be a broken component.
You can call Yamaha first to get advice from a technician.

Not sure where Bad Mister's post above leads to as it was giving a 404 error, but I have had the same issue.

It seems the little spacer that keeps the key from moving side-to-side (resulting in a clicking sound when doing so) gets stuck up inside the key rather than sitting on the stick that holds the spacer. I've had to take apart and reset them and they seem fine after that.

Perhaps there's too much "grease" (petroleum jelly type stuff) inside the key and when you push the key down, the spacer gets stuck inside the key from the grease as it raises back up taking the spacer with it. This allows the key to move back and forth from side to side and click because the spacer is no longer on the pin.
You'd need a service manual for steps on how to take apart piano for repair or send to yamaha for service.
Hope that helps.

Sorry about the broken link but it probably offers the same advice:
