Has anyone experienced a problem where the MOXF main outputs seem diminished in volume? I know how to set the Utility to the maximum settings (+6 db) and those settings are and have been maximized. This seems like a recent problem, and it is most evident to me when I use my headphones. I am also well-versed in how to increase the individual output(s) of various instruments, tracks, parts, etc. That is the not the issue for me. I wonder if there is something going on in the internal electronics that might be contributed to this.

Thanks, David

One thing that can cause a reduction in Volume is playing back a MIDI sequence that has a fade out. This is accomplished in MIDI Sequencing by using the System Message that controls the Universal Volume. If you stop the playback during a fade out you may discover your instrument’s Volume has been reduced from the default 127.

Press [UTILITY]
Press [F1] GENERAL
Press [SF1] TG (Tone Generator)
The “Volume” you see hear is the Volume affected by the Universal Volume System Exclusive messages often used to accomplish a MIDI fade out.

A GM Reset would automatically return this to 127... or you can simply set it back to 127.
