Is there a way to import library directly to user bank witout mount library in montage memory? I ask it because I charged american grand library on montage but when I try to move it to user bank montage give me message of sample memory full....
In the moment that I pass a sample from library to user bank is it copied and not moved? If yes it take double of the usable memory for the same sample...
Is it possible to choose the sample to charge to montage from library for first time without charging the library complete?

Hi Andrea, when you import Library to user, waveforms are copied.
So you need enought space to do it.

If you want to simply use one of the library performance to edit it in user area, just select it, edit and save the new performance as user by pressing store and name it.
Use another name to easily recognize it in category search.

For example i have edit CFX concert to my taste and name it "My CFX Concert".

Ok thanks, my problem was that I try to do that (import to user memory) with american grand, but the sample is so big that in the end I need to cancell all other library that I had charced on montage before do that.
Thanks

The best way is to keep American Grand in your library and store performance edition in User.

If you want to combine several library's to made a new one, yes you need to import and have enought place in waveform memory available.
In this case you need to delete some library's with waveforms, import American Grand and the others Library's in user, save an X7L new file, delete user area and reupload new combine library and others after.

When all orignal files are on Motif XF/XS file format, i do the job on the waveform editor to combine them on computer and load them directly in library.
