There was a request for specific support for Studio One Pro 4. The method to add support to Studio One is documented here:
You can use the MIDI learn for transport control and feel free to use Cubase as the DAW mode on Montage.

There is no need to use learn functionality in order to configure these five function mentioned at
https://support.presonus.com/hc/en-us/articles/210040403-MIDI-Transport-Control-Assignment-MIDI-Learn
These Start, Stop, Record, Rewind, Forward work by default if Montage is registered as a Mackie controller.
