It seems some users have problems under windows10 .

Hi Joel, thank you for the report.
One user under Windows 10 Pro 64bits and another under Windows 10 family 32bits have encountered problems.
It seems that pynstaller does not install some dll correctly, but these dll can already be installed by other software and in this case everything works well.
In this case the python and installer version 3.4 (vs 3.6) seems to work correctly.
The features of the program are the same.

Here is a new version with correction of severe bugs:

I also tried to make the dump procedure more consistent by managing retries on checksum or timeout errors.
The goal is to avoid restarting a dump, which take time, in case of transmission error.
