HI all!
Here's my setup:
Win7 64bit computer
An Avid Eleven Rack as my Audio Interface (plugged to my computer by USB)
An MOXF8 as my keyboard (plugged to my computer by USB)
I have just switched to Cubase AI 8 and have been able to record my Eleven Rack to an audio track successfully.
The problem I have is with the MOXF8 and playback of either MIDI or Audio. I can record MIDI data to a Midi track, but I cannot hear any sound from it on playback. Some setting somewhere...
HELP! 🙂

Connect your instrument (MOXF) using two signal cables to your audio interface. In order to hear the MOXF you need to connect the main L&R Outputs to your audio interface and then connect the audio outputs of your audio interface to your speakers.

MIDI makes no sound. In order to hear audio create a signal path between the analog outputs of the MOXF to the speakers via your audio interface.

The MOXF8 Port 4 is in correctly marked as an "In 'All MIDI Inputs" only Port 1 is used as the Port to input data to Cubase.
Port 4 reports Active because you have launched the MOXF6/MOXF8 Editor VST... But it is not an input device, only Port 1
