Thoughts & Opinions on the "keybed action" for MX61? I currently have been using a Motif XS76, for many years & am extremely pleased with the "keybed action". Just wondering on how the MX series, compares.

There are so many ways to answer this question... facts, opinions, guesses, etc. but in the end it will all come down to you... and you trying it.
Fact: no, it is not the same action you find on the $3000 keyboard 76-key Motif/Montage series.
Fact: yes, it is designed by the same keyboard manufacturer that made the XS action
Fact: whether you are playing a mini-key reface keyboard or a conservatory acoustic grand, Yamaha is a maker of quality keyboards... designed specifically for the product and price point.
Opinion: you'll probably like it.
Advice: head to your local music store and try one on.
