Random CLFO, when random speed is set to 0

I am having problems with the rhythmic behaviour of the Motif XF's Common Low Frequency Oscillator (CLFO).

PS!: You can find the test-results here: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/00e9qyo6ak9c6g8/AACE5-4Nd_A-usXTITafvuLpa?dl=0

I kept noticing that the interval between every LFO-cycle was uneven.
At first, I thought it was just me. However, it bothered me so much that I started to question my own rhythmic sense.
I switched to the Grand Piano Voice, turned on a digital metronome on my computer, and started improvising. Nothing wrong with the rhythm there.

Therefore, I decided to do some testing.
Since I found the Element Low Frequency Oscillator (El-LFO) much more rhythmically correct, I decided my test would be a comparison between the two LFOs.
My result is in the included file: Sine Comparison_E.png
I recommend you to copy the images in this post to an image-editing software to get a better look at them.

The El-LFO seems to be heavenly accurate, with exactly 0,205 seconds between each cycle.
Even though the two LFO-frequencies may not be completely synced, there are still two major problems here. The first visible problem is the uneven slope on the CLFO.
The second problem is the inconsistent intervals between each cycle in the CLFO:
• The second CLFO-cycle lies behind the second El-LFO cycle.
• The third CLFO-cycle lies ahead of the third El-LFO cycle.
• The fourth CLFO-cycle is almost synchronized with the fourth El-LFO cycle.

There is no pattern in this behaviour.
This result made me wonder if there was any fixed pattern to this behaviour. I tested this as well by recording the exact same voice two separate times, and then comparing them.
My result is in the included files: No Consistency 1.png and No Consistency 2.png

I struggle to find any pattern in these waves. Indeed, tell me if you see a repeating pattern in these images, or if you have the same problem, that you have found a repeating pattern.

To fix this, I have tried:
• Turning the device on and off.
• Restore the Motif XF to factory settings, using [UTILITY => JOB => ENTER (with All and USR1 boxes checked)].
• Searching the internet for anyone having the same problem.
• Switching MIDI Sync [UTILITY => CONTROL => MIDI] from internal to MIDI, auto, and MTC.
• Using my computer as an external MIDI clock, although in hindsight it seems stupid because the El-LFO works perfectly.
• Controlling the Motif XF from the standalone voice editor.

My questions are:

Is this behaviour a bug, or a wanted trait from Yamaha?

Does anyone else have this problem?

Is there any way to fix this?

I have included an Example.wav-file that compares the El-LFO and the CLFO.
The first 27 seconds consists of El_LFO action, while the rest is CLFO action.
