How do you use the foot switch to turn the Leslie on and off on the S08.

The Rotary Speaker speed is usually programmed to the MW (Modulation Wheel) which is cc 001 (Control Change 001).
By making your Foot Switch or Foot Controller send cc001, it will act as your MW.
