Looking to download/purchase "TOOLS for KX DVD-ROM" and "Cubase a14 DVD-ROM" for the Yamaha KX-8.

I think you mean Cubase AI 4 (long discontinued)... unless you have an equally old computer, it may not we worth getting, DVD ?
Cubase is now up to series 9.
