Hi there. I downloaded Soundmondo but it won't let me login to my account. Details entered are correct. I tried in both iPhone and iPad. A screenshot of the error message is attached.
Please help me.
Thanks.

I just tried logging in to Soundmondo. Typed in my email for the username and password. I was able to login and search for Montage/MODX Performances under my account.

Jason - clarification please: Did you log into Soundmondo via the website in a browser (i.e. Chrome, Firefox, etc.) or did you login to Soundmondo via the app on an iPhone or iPad?

Unfortunately, the message board doesn't place timestamps on responses. However, I can say that it's likely I posted my original response very close to Feb 2, 2020 (7 months ago). I say this so you are aware of the timeframe and that any status I gave 7 months ago has lots of runway for things to change.

I cannot be certain what I was using that long ago. Hopefully iOS since that's what the original issue was with. But who knows - I'm fallible.

Thanks for the clarification, Jason. I find it very odd that the messages do not have a specific date/timestamp (the OP message has a date/timestamp) but subsequent replies do not. I'm not a programmer/developer, but if the OP message can have a date/timestamp, why not the replies?

And it appears to me that not much has changed in the last several months - just today (09/03/2020) I downloaded the Soundmondo app on my iPhone and I cannot log into the app; but as you state, the login works just fine on the Soundmondo website/using a browser.

Replies on the message board did have proper timestamps - but at some point the message board "improved" and now we get these ambiguous timestamps for replies.

One can always place the date inside the message - but it's a burden that's hard to remember and sort of silly given it's a fair expectation that a message board would display the date/time of all posts.

That's something best left to the "site feedback" section here. And, yes, I've already submitted my feedback there. No change to the "feature" yet.

Jason - I saw that you submitted a request to the "site feedback" section regarding the date/timestamp - thanks! Now whether anything happens...

(posted 09/04/202 1619 PDT) See Yamaha, it's not that difficult 😉

Yeah, posted a reminder after the 1st request made in 2018. Don't hold your breath.

Back to the soundmondo error. Multiple users (including myself) have issue logging into Soundmondo using the iOS app. The latest official response is a link to a video where Blake is shown able to upload content to the cloud using iOS. Maybe the inference is that Blake can do it - so there's nothing wrong.

We do not see the process Blake uses to login to the account (understandable - no reason to see someone typing in their credentials). There isn't anything helpful in the video to those who are struggling with errors from the iOS app about our login credentials. Other than the comfort that it seems something works - perhaps if you have the right account, network environment (it's possible - i.e. speculation - Blake is able to login inside the company intranet), etc.

Maybe this will get sorted.
