Is it possible to apply the FX onboard the reface CP onto another synth through the Aux in?
It would be amazing!
Also am I losing fidelity or sound quality by running another synth through the Aux in of the CP then both sounds coming out of the cp?

No. The Aux In simply goes directly to the reface Outputs (there is no analog to digital conversion going on at the Aux In... ). Other synths in the Yamaha line have an A/D Input, those can take advantage of advanced routing within the synthesizer engine... where it has its own channel, its own Effects, and it's out routing to Outputs. You'll find L/R A/D Inputs in the MOXF, MONTAGE, you'll find a mic input on the S90 XS). The MX-series has the same type of Aux In as the reface.
