VL70-m display weired after connected with an external controller

after playing with a Korg KP3+ via midi in, the module got a display likes this, all the buttons will be on after push but the screen just remains unchanged. Any idea/way to reset it to normal?

Make sure you have the appropriate power supply.
You should contact Yamaha service department.

I'm using the original power adapter with this module, seems that I have to contact the service in this case.
