This may be a simple question but it's driving us nuts. Our S80 will play at a relatively high volume immediately after a voice is chosen, but the get significantly softer as played (over a few minutes). As soon as you choose a new voice it goes back to the higher volume and then fades. Is this a fault or is it some setting that I can't find?

Also, is there a way to get it to continue to sustain the current sound, choose a new voice and then have the next key(s) struck play in the new voice?

Any insight would be much appreciated.
