Hi,
I bought Yamaha MOXF6 from ebay 2nd hand but i didn't get activation key for cubase plugin Y3-CB so i can't use it, previous owner said he lost key and he didn't use it so how can i get key for my MOXF6 i already registered product here with serial key any thoughts?

The original purchaser of the keyboard is entitled to the YC-3B VST Organ plugin, also to a complimentary version of Steinberg's Cubase AI (as a download) which includes an analog synth plugin VST called "Prologue".
It cannot be assumed that purchasing an instrument second hand gets you any of these perks (only the original purchaser is entitled). Your best bet is to contact your regional Yamaha distributor, plead your case. If you are lucky, they maybe able to provide you with some assistance. (Back of the Owner's Manual).
The lost Key does not say someone else didn't find it and use it... so like lost cash lost in the NEW YORK CITY subway, it maybe impossible to recover it. But you may find sympathetic ears by contacting a Yamaha Customer Service person.
