Piano Day

Did you know that the 88^th day of the year is observed as Piano Day? It happens on March 29 (or March 28 during leap year) and celebrates the instrument, its musicians, and the people who make, tune, and move pianos. Georgie composed this rhythmic piece to commemorate Piano Day.

Georgie Ward was drawn to the piano at an early age. Her musical journey began with classical training, but soon expanded into jazz, soul, and electronica. Georgie recently finished a tour playing keyboards on the Dua Lipa tour and released an engaging, high-energy EP entitled “Flightless”. Georgie is a wonderfully eclectic keyboardist with great technique, feel, and production skills.
