The latest edition of the Music Production Guide from Easy Sounds features some great articles on MONTAGE OS v3.0/MODX OS v2.0. There are two articles of interest to anyone wishing to use MONTAGE and MODX features live. Hans-Peter Henkel’s overview on using backing tracks in MONTAGE OS v3.0/MODX OS v2.0 is great, and Ulf Kaiser shows different ways to use the new Pattern sequencer live.

Yamaha Steinberg USB Driver Update for Mac OS and Windows

The latest update to the Yamaha Steinberg USB driver (v.2.0.3) is available now. This new version adds support for the YC61 Stage Keyboard and Steinberg UR24C audio interface. If you are connecting a Yamaha Synthesizer or Stage Keyboard to a Mac or Windows computer via USB, you should update to this version:

Mac OS (macOS 10.12.6/ 10.13.x/ 10.14.x/ 10.15.x)

Windows (Windows 7 SP1/ Windows 8.1/ Windows 10)
