Synthbits: Hear Dom Sigalas Play a Tribute to Stranger Things with MONTAGE!

The music for the series is reminiscent of soundtracks from John Carpenter movies of the 70s and 80s. Those were composed using MANY different types of vintage synthesizers. Being that MONTAGE is a powerful synthesizer, it is no surprise that Dom Sigalas nails that sound with a single 4-Part Performance in the video below. Check it out!

Synthbits: The reface DX Legacy Project

The reface DX Legacy Project is a website created by a programmer in the Netherlands. He converted the Voices from many classic FM synthesizers to reface DX format via an application he created using the Python programming language. He has posted lots of sounds – and even provides a nice explanation on loading system exclusive (SysEx) files into the reface DX. If you appreciate what he has done, you can donate to the project as well.
