I'm trying to download sounds from Soundmondo to my CP73.
Based on other posts I made sure the CP73 USB setting was set to "ON", and that I had a suitable USB connection
I loaded Chrome (though Edge seemed to work similarly), and went into Soundmondo
At this stage all looked good, the green button came up saying "Connected" and switched to not-Connected if I turned off the CP73. Chrome was indicating that it had full control of all midi devices.
I restricted myself to CP instruments, and selected a sound, and clicked on sync hoping it would download to my CP73.
I was taken to https://soundmondo.yamahasynth.com/voices/sync/88353, where the final number codes for the sound. This looked promising, however the page was empty with voice title and description missing. Nothing was downloaded to the CP73 and their didn't seem to be any other options.
I had a similar lack of success when trying to upload sounds.
Any idea what I'm missing, or any other applications that could interfere with this (I have Kaspersky active, but disabled my Adblocker)?

You will need Chrome because it has implemented Web MIDI (essential for communication between your computer and your instrument).

Please add to your description - the name of the sound you are attempting to download… then make sure you look in the CP screen for that name to appear. When you say nothing was downloaded, it’s quick and if you blink or are looking the other way, it can arrive in the CP’s edit buffer without you realizing.
Please try others — this is a user site (many users are guessing on their first encounter and may, indeed, upload corrupt or empty data). Try this link instead:

I tried the link you sent me, using Chrome, and clicked on sync.
Nothing was downloaded to my CP73. The display and sound were unchanged. I've snapped a screen shot of the screen which I was sent to. On this screen, the sync button is deactivated, and I appear to be in an empty form. The address is https://soundmondo.yamahasynth.com/voices/sync/88353
I tried a number of other sounds including the top ranked sound https://soundmondo.yamahasynth.com/voices/86022?fromRanking=1 but got a similar result, so I think the problem must be with my system.
If you have any suggestions I would be very grateful.

I have the same problem described above. After I click SYNC, the next screen appears but without the control panel. I get the same screen that Chris posted. I have made all the changes recommended in the thread and installed the latest firmware. Any help is welcome. Thanks!
