Hello,
I'm thinking about purchase a Beyerdynamic DT 1990 PRO headphones for use with Yamaha Cp4 but It has 250 ohms impedance. Can I use it with CP4 without an amp or I need one?

I can't speak for the DT 1990. However, I use Sennheiser HD650 headphones and they have similar specs, but at 300 ohms. CP4 easily powers them the without issue and sounds fantastic without an amp.

I have received the headphones today and it sounds fantastic. You are right, cp4 powers them easily.
