The CP4's ability to have two expression pedals is impressive, and the CP40's ability to have one is creditable. I have yet to use expression pedal with the CP4, since I have one expression pedal already, connected to the clonewheel that sits above my CP4, and no room or particular need for another one. But one of these days I'll have to give it a try.
Bruno Zucchetti makes excellent use of two expression pedals with the CP4 in his sound pack demo, but mostly for zone volume controls. Only once that I saw using the CP4's circuit modeling , where they really shine. (Around 0:50 in the demo.)
