Hi,
I know that you can play along with a melody that you've just recorded on cp4. I need to know if you can record again over that first recorded melody by playing along with it. Like overdub. Is a feature that kawai mp7 has in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KoIbYfDPLx4 min: 11:32-12:15

As far as I know, the record feature on the CP4 is simply a stereo recorder. You can enable or disable the metronome. And you can play the recording off the USB. I don't think there's an overdub. That said, I began using it recently. I am thrilled it exists. It sounds great it's simple. It's right there, on your digital piano, ready to go, if you've got a thumb drive. No need to for any other device or connection. It's useful.
