Any plans to come up with an editor. Or is there one out there I'm missing? Would certainly beat the screen diving.

No. There are no plans for an Editor.

Once you do it a lot, your mind learns the layout and gets fast at it. Then, you stop doing it. Then, when you return, just start up again, and you begin learning it. And once you learn that, you'll be able to edit as long as you have the instrument and the screen and buttons work. No OS compatibility to get in the way.

Even though it's not on the table, I do see how an Editor can facilitate the organization of CP4 Performance files. I'm not concerned about using an Editor to program, because I can do that fast enough on the CP4 itself.
