I had a sound tech at a theatre I recently played tell me he was getting a weaker signal coming out of the left output than the right. We checked everything with the house system and cabling but still had the issue. Is there something internally on the CP4 i could check?

Does it happen even if you change CP4 Performances?

Within a Performance, check EDIT > PART > PLAY MODE > PAN (C=Center)

A stereo sound, by definition, has different signal in the left and right channels. A stereo piano for example would have more signal left if you are playing low in the piano range, be more balanced in the middle of the keyboard and more out to the right channel as you move up the keyboard.

To test signal strength make sure you select a Mono sound. It should deliver equal signal to both Left and Right channels.
