I have an S-80. I have one expansion card in it and would like to get another one if there are any left anywhere. Does anyone know where I might look for one?

I imagine you are talking about the PLG plugin boards. They were discontinued back in 2007, so your best bet is to locate a long time Yamaha dealer who may still have some in stock, or on used gear websites.
