Is there a DVD with instruction for motif rack tone generator. Can I assign a drum beat and play along with another voice (piano/organ)?

Both the Motif-Rack and the PLG150-Dr plugin Board have been discontinued for well over a decade. Your best bet for such ancient items is eBay or wherever used items might be sold.

Try looking on the www.motifator.com forum. One of those guys should know the answer.
There is also a PLG150-DR for sale on ebay right now for $199 with free shipping from Japan.
