Hello,
I have a bunch of files with extentions like W7S, W8S, W7P & W8P that were created with my Yamaha Motif ES8. I don't own the keyboard anymore so I can't use it to play these files or to convert them to midi. Is there a way to get these songs to play outside of a motif?

The easiest way is to load them into a Motif ES and save the data as a .mid file.
