Greetings. I have a Motif8 that I have brought out of retirement. It works great and sounds great. No issues with it starting up. However, the issue envolves the sustain pedal turning on the arp and not sustaining the keyboard at all. I have done a master reset to restore back to factory even tried messing with control number assignments for the sustain but still no change. Someone suggested a firmware update. Didn't know if this was a software or hardware issue. Thanks in advance.
