sorry, i tried to set it, on cc 11(i expectis for espression) but i only can feel changes in volume- What do i miss?

Yes, CC 11 controls volume.

If you do not want to control volume, you can setup your foot controller to use a CC that does not automatically adjust volume(s). CC 4 may be used for this.
