I am looking for editor for (MODX8) performance, arpeggio. etc. editing on Windows 10.
Can you recommend something.

I found this one. Is this good enough for novice home user?

Not sure if your question is asking is the Melas Editor too complicated for the novice user — (it is deep, but not too complicated). If you mean does it do enough — well heck yeah! Melas has the definitive computer based tools for working with the MONTAGE and MODX, period.

You can manage Arpeggios (copy and move between File Banks) — every thing you need to make User Arpeggios is built-in on the synth itself.
Melas has the Total Librarian (which includes the Performance Editor, the Drum Editor, etc) and the Waveform Editor (which manages your Sample Flash data and your Arpeggios).
