Hi there
Another day - another question...
I am following the "example of MODX Connect" as detailed at the end of the updated MODX Connect Manual.
All tracks play back fine, however I cannot get any sound from the drum track. I can see all the drum midi data in there however it doesn't seem to be being transmitted to the MODX.
I have turned off the arp and also turned off keyboard control, but this doesn't seem to have any effect?
Also do the MODX part selections show up somewhere in Cubase - I remember on the MX you could see and change the part selections from within Cubase?

Make sure that your Drum Part is not set to “Arp Play Only” — as the name implies, it will only respond to Arp data if this option is On.
From the HOME screen of your MODX Performance determine which Part is the Drum Kit
Select that Part by tapping the “Type/Name“ box to see the pop-in menu
Select “Edit”
Touch “Part Settings” > “General” > find “Arp Play Only“ and turn it Off
This will allow the Drums to respond to incoming MIDI messages or direct Key presses.

No. The MIDI Tracks show up in Cubase, the Part selections show up in the MODX. If you setup MODX CONNECT with “Auto Sync“ = On whenever you open this Cubase Project, all your MODX selections will be restored automatically.
Thanks BM!
