It would be very difficult to help with the information given thus far. We are not even sure what you consider a Factory Reset? We’ll assume you did an “Initialize All Data”…
Any details you can provide would be helpful. PA150 Power Adapter (important).
We can only give you the most common errors for no audio:
__ Cables are plugged into the AD INPUTS rather than the MAIN L/R OUTPUTS. Physically check the connections… (Check instrument’s “Phones” output with Headphones, as well)
__ Recently played MIDI file faded out the Universal Volume to 0.
Go to [UTILITY] > “Settings” > “Sound” > make sure Tone Generator Volume = 127 (this would have reset, when you “Initialized All Data” )
__ Local Control = Off (disconnects MODX Keys from MODX Tone Generator) __ (this would have reset, when you “Initialized All Data” )
__ Direct Monitor = Off (disconnects MODX Tone Generator from the Main L/R (analog) Outputs__ (this would have reset, when you “Initialized All Data” )
Otherwise, you should contact an authorized service center, ASAP.
