hello guys...one question..I am trying to have some performances from soundmondo but apparently I can sync and the button is red..could be the usb cable? I have the chrome newest version and I can sign in..but the button appears red..not green.. any recommendations? many thanks.

Try reinstalling your "Yamaha Steinberg USB Driver".
