After owning a MODX for a month and beginning to work on creating my own sounds, I've run across some parameters whose meanings I would appreciate getting any additional information on:
1) The AutoPan effect includes an "LFO Wave" parameter with values 0-28, which I assume equate to differing LFO Wave shapes, but I cannot locate anything which explains what each "LFO Wave" value (0-28) actually represents.
2) In a Motion Sequence, when the "Sync" is set of "OFF" (Lane Motion Sequencer plays back according to its own clock and is not synchronized to an external clock.) the "Speed" parameter (values 0-127) "Determines the playback speed of the Motion Sequence.". Is there a more definitive explanation of what the "Speed" values equate to (beyond slower to faster)?
The only other documentation states that Autopan's LFO Wave sets the "panning curve". However, no documentation of what each value represents. Sometimes you can glean information from other products. I didn't find better docs on panning curves from other keyboards. Mixers show something - not values - but how this affects the LCR (with summary pictures). But I'm not sure if this is similar or not.
Then Sync=off doesn't document speed. You can get an idea by setting the tempo, syncing to tempo, then change to sync to off (internal speed) and see how different speeds compare to the tempo. If you really needed to know.
