Greetings - I'm preparing an album of solo piano music. I sequence in Cubase 13, but am using the "CFX Concert" performance, as is from the factory.
It's GORGEOUS, and sounds perfect as is. (love the tone, verb, EQ, etc)
When sequencing (playing and editing) my piano playing, I'm just working with one MIDI channel, set to channel 1, and it's fine for this.
That said - when I'm tracking the final audio back to Cubase, is it best to made 4 copies of the MIDI track, each one assigned to channels 1-4, so that I don't miss out on all the goodies? (I've already tried it and it works) - - but will appreciate your thoughts on this - thanks - Pete
Sounds fine or place your keyboard into single MIDI channel mode and use a single track.
