“Rising” has to do with the Filter movement.
“Comp” has to do with it is a keyboard synth comping (accompanying chordal sound).

If you hit an hold a chord you will eventually hear the movement in the filter.
Raise the MW a bit to start the Cutoff Frequency a little higher… the sound will start the movement from a brighter starting place when you hit and hold the chord.

The MODX contain very good waveforms but built-in presets too smooth and soapy.
