I've just registered my Montage on the UK Yamaha website and I'm looking for the Bösendorfer library download but the option is not appearing for me. I'm asking here because I'm currently on the phone to Yamaha UK and so far none of the 5 people I've spoken to know anything about it.

Sorry you are experiencing problems. Yamaha is a big company, so maybe only the synthesizer department may actually know details about the Montage-Bosendorfer Library promotion. I say persevere and try to zero in on the synthesizer Marketing department when dealing with a promotion. They still are your best bet for details.

I had this problem too but you can download the file here, unzip it. ensure you have the latest firmware installed and then load it.

If you go to the Montage Facebook page and join that group the link from there works

Well, that's odd - the link came up for me but it's telling me my serial code is invalid, or at least I think it is - it's showing a red thumbs down?

I finally got passed to somebody who claimed they could do something about it so I emailed them the info they requested, fingers crossed.

I joined the Facebook group and got the download link from there - thanks to Peter for the tip!

Loving the sounds - especially on the Ambient performance, getting a real Inception vibe from it.

Not going to be getting rid of the Nord Piano 2 just yet though, that still has the edge but it would have been a tall order for the Montage to out class the Nord.

Hi all,
I try to download from this link, but i don't know how to do it.

http://europe.yamaha.com/en/products/musical-instruments/keyboards/synthesizers/montage/library/

Step 1 and step 2 are ok, but i don't find where to write the serial number and the account id and also the link to download.

Any help?

Thanks a lot!

Unfortunately this is a known problem and reported so there's work to do behind the curtain.

Meanwhile thanks for your patience. 😉

Best,

hp
