Appending a sequenced track

When in Sequencer mode, OS ver 3.0
What procedure is involved for 'Appending' a recorded track to itself??

Don't have the keyboard up - but append can't have the same source and destination?

(Play) button or [PERFORMANCE] then [Play/Rec] -> [Pattern] -> [Edit/Job] ->

-> [Append]

If that doesn't work - then maybe the long way around would be to copy a track - append to the copied track (source and destination will be different) - then copy it back.

You may want to ask a question on the forum (once announced) or on the live stream for next Tuesday's tech talk which I think is going to cover pattern sequencing.

Even last week's had a quick blurb covering someone's question on pattern sequencing.
