Hi! isn't there a way to save all your user perfomances AND the usersamples from the flash, to a usb-stick?

Yes - a User file will contain everything that is in the user area - performances, samples, arpeggios, custom tuning etc.
If you click on Store
Content Type - User File
Click on the icon for your USB stick and Save As New File (or overwrite an existing one)
